Consignment Appointments are open! We are currently accepting fall and winter pieces, however we are not accepting winter hats, mittens/gloves or scarves. We are also not accepting skinny jeans, jeggings or winter/snow boots.
Please book an appointment by following the link below. You can book up to 10 days in advance. If you notice that there are no appointment dates/times available, that means that we are booked solid. Thanks for checking back often for an available spot.
Acceptance Criteria:
We will accept gently used branded clothing and accessories under consignment that meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Items must be in clean and in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear, such as fading, stains, tears, or missing buttons.
- Authenticity: All items must be authentic, original products from recognized brands. Counterfeit or replica items will not be accepted.
- Brands: We will only accept items from well-known, reputable brands that align with our boutique's image and quality standards. We accept mid-luxury to luxury/designer brands.
- Style and Season: Items should be in-line with current fashion trends and relevant to the upcoming season. We may decline items that are outdated, off-season, or not suitable for our current collection. Thank you for your understanding.
Please ensure items are washed, and folded in bag. Please ensure they do not have any wear, holes, pilling, or stains. We prefer that they are dropped off in a bag, and not on hangers, or in garment bags.
Please ensure your bag is clearly labelled with your full name and email address. Please add an additional label inside the bag with your contact information. We cannot track your bag if it is dropped off without contact information.
Please ensure you read our consignment contract below prior to bringing your items in.
If you have Designer items to consign, we are always accepting new designer accessories and clothing. Designer brands we are accepting include Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Chloe, Hermes, Burberry, Coach, Michael Kors, Kate Spade and more. You may contact us to discuss rates and fees for designer consignment items priced over $500.00.
How does it work?
Customers can book an appointment to drop off their consignment items (please see link below). A maximum of 10 items per customer may be submitted at a time. Please do not bring in any more than 10 items per appointment.
After your items have been dropped off, they will be assessed within a week, and, if accepted, they will be added to our boutique inventory. Items will be kept in our inventory on a consignment basis and the consignor will receive a 30% payout or a 40% store credit of each item sold.
If items are not sold after 60 days, they will automatically be donated to our local charity partner, Leeds and Grenville Interval House, unless the consigner reaches out to us before the consignment end date. Thank you for understanding that we cannot store unsold items. Please see the contract below for more details.
What brands are accepted?
Below are examples of the brands that we accept through consignment:
Zara, Lululemon, Oak & Fort, Frank & Oat, Orange Fashion Village, Gentle Fawn, Z Supply, Smash & Tess, Brunette The Label, Everlane, Free People, Picadilly, Silver, Sympli, Lucky Brand, TopShop, RW, Banana Republic, Gap, Levi's, H&M, Vera Moda, All Aritzia Brands, All Brands from: Holt Renfrew, Nordstrom, Revolve, Saks, The Bay, etc...We may also accept unbranded items that are unique, vintage and/or exceptional in quality and fashion.
We do not accept Old Navy, Suzy Shier, Garage, Sirens, Reitmans, Rickis, Forever 21, Urban Planet, Penningtons, Mexx, Smart Set, Fairweather, Joe Fresh, Giant Tiger/Walmart/Bargain brands.
How will I know if something of mine sold?
Once your items have been accepted, you will receive an email with a link to create a vendor account with us. You will then be able to see what price your items are being sold at, and can keep track of any items that have been sold.

- _________ I agree that there is a 60 day selling period. I understand that all expired items will be donated to Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique local charity partners Leeds and Grenville Interval House unless I have requested to pick them up before expiry. If I have requested to collect them and they have not been picked up before the end of the 60 day selling period, they will be donated. I understand that I will not be contacted to pick up unsold items, and that it is my responsibility as the consignor, to contact Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique for pickup before the 60 day period is over. We are unable to store unsold items.
- __________I agree that the consignment rates are as follows: 30% payout or 40% store credit on consignment items priced under $500.
- I am selecting 30% payout _________ OR I am selecting 40% store credit __________ (choose one). Once selected, I agree this is non reversible until my next consignment drop off.
- _________I agree that for designer items priced over $500 the consignment rate is either 50% or 60%. The rate is determined at Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique’s discretion.
- _________I agree that all prices will be determined by Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique based on the current resale market and the item’s condition.
- _________I understand that if any items are consigned in unsellable condition that they will be donated to Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique’s local charity partner unless I have requested to be contacted at the time of drop off.
- ________ I acknowledges that if any consigned items require laundering or de-pilling (de-balling) before they can be displayed for sale at Mama's Cheeky Boutique, a labour fee of $5.00 per item will be charged. This fee will be deducted from my consignor account.
- _________I agree that the selling prices may be subject to change at any time at the discretion of Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique without contacting the consignor.
- _________I agree that there is a $1.00 administration fee per item sold that will be deducted from my consignment payout. This fee is in place to help with Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique payout administration costs.
- _________I agree that all payouts are made via e-transfer once per month, upon request, after sending an email to hello@mamascheekyboutique.com with the request. I understand that payouts may take up to 20 business days to be processed.
- ________I understand that I will not consign any items unless I am ready to part with them.
- _________I understand that I am leaving my items at my own risk and that Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of my items. If they are returned to me at the end of the selling period, I understand there may be wear or damage from customers trying them on.
- _________I understand that Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique advertises items at their discretion on their website and their social media platforms. I understand that some or all of my items may not be showcased.
- _________I understand that there is no guarantee that my items will sell.
Return Policy
All NEW items purchased through Mama's Cheeky Co. Boutique are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be unworn and original tags still attached.
All GENTLY USED/Consignment items purchased through Mama's Cheeky Co. Boutique are FINAL SALE. All items are sold in as-is condition and may show signs of wear.
We choose to not accept returns given that once an item has sold, the consignor receives payment for that item. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may consign the item through us. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
