Appointment Are Required For All Consignment Drop-offs

Please note the following seasonal timelines:

Spring and Summer merchandise is accepted from January through June.

Fall and Winter merchandise is accepted from July through December.

All items must be freshly laundered, in excellent condition, and no more than 2–3 years old unless they are considered premium, timeless or vintage pieces.

How It Works

Book With Us

Schedule your drop-off using our online booking system.

A maximum of 10 items per appointment can be submitted.

Drop Off

Items will not be assessed on the spot, our team will review them within a week. If accepted, they will be added to our boutique inventory.

Track Sales

Once your items are accepted, you’ll receive an email link to create a vendor account, allowing you to monitor your sales and pricing.

Get Paid

Earn 30% payout or 40% store credit per sale. Items stay for 60 days, unsold pieces are donated unless picked up before the end date.

Luxury & Designer Items: Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Chloe, Hermes, Burberry, Coach, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, and similar brands.

Got Designer Pieces? We always accept luxury accessories and clothing priced over $500. Contact us to discuss rates and consignment terms for high-end items.

What We DON’T Accept

Fast Fashion & Budget Brands: Old Navy, Garage, Sirens, Reitmans, Ricki’s, Urban Planet, Smart Set, Joe Fresh, and similar brands.
Damaged or Worn-Out Items: No fading, stains, holes, pilling, or missing buttons. Items must be clean and in excellent condition.
Off-Season & Outdated Styles: We accept items based on the current season.

How to Prepare Your Items for Drop-Off

Items must be freshly washed and neatly folded in a labeled bag.
Label your bag with your full name & email (inside and outside the bag).
No hangers, garment bags, or wrinkled items.
Luxury items may require authentication—contact us for details.

📌 Note: If an item requires de-pilling or extra cleaning, a $5 fee per item will be deducted from your account.

Consignment Agreement

Please review our Consignment Contract to ensure you agree with our terms.

_________ I understand that my items will be displayed for a period of 60 days, beginning from the date they are accepted by Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique. Any items that remain unsold after the 60-day selling period will become the sole property of Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique unless I request to pick them up before the expiry date.
I acknowledge that I will not be contacted regarding the unsold items. It is my responsibility to contact Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique to arrange for pickup prior to the end of the 60-day period.
_________ Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique is unable to store unsold items beyond the agreed 60-day selling period.
_________ Any items not picked up before the 60-day expiry date will be handled at Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique’s discretion. These items may be included in a sale, donated, or disposed of as deemed appropriate by the Boutique.
_________ I agree that the consignment rates are as follows: 30% payout or 40% store credit on consignment items priced under $500.
I am selecting 30% payout _________ OR I am selecting 40% store credit _________(choose one). Once selected, I agree this is non reversible until my next consignment drop off.
_________I agree that all prices will be determined by Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique based on the current resale market and the item’s condition.
_________I understand that if any items are consigned in unsellable condition that they will be donated to Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique’s local charity partner unless I have requested to be contacted at the time of drop off.
_________ I acknowledge that if any consigned items require laundering or de-pilling (de-balling) before they can be displayed for sale at Mama's Cheeky Boutique, a labour fee of $5.00 per item will be charged. This fee will be deducted from my consignor account.
_________I agree that the selling prices may be subject to change at any time at the discretion of Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique without contacting the consignor.
_________I agree that there is a $1.00 administration fee per item sold that will be deducted from my consignment payout. This fee is in place to help with Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique payout administration costs.
_________I agree that all payouts are made via e-transfer, upon request, after sending an email to hello@mamascheekyboutique.com with the request. I understand that payouts may take up to 30 business days to be processed.
_________I understand that I will not consign any items unless I am ready to part with them.
_________I understand that I am leaving my items at my own risk and that Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of my items. If they are returned to me at the end of the selling period, I understand there may be wear or damage from customers trying them on.
_________I understand that Mama’s Cheeky Co. Boutique advertises items at their discretion on their website and their social media platforms. I understand that some or all of my items may not be showcased.
_________I understand that there is no guarantee that my items will sell.
