Return, Exchange & Final Sale Policy

Final Sale Items

All final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Final sale items include, but are not limited to:

  • All consigned merchandise

  • All sale items marked down 25% or more

  • Items purchased during holiday or promotional sale events

  • Worn items

  • Earrings

  • Swimsuits

  • Undergarments (including bodysuits, underwear, bras, and booty shorts)

  • Soaps, bath bombs, shower steamers

  • Hair accessories

  • Gift cards

  • Consigned clothing, accessories, and footwear


Regular Priced New Items (In-Store Purchases)

We do not offer refunds on regular-priced items.

Regular-priced new items purchased in-store may be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unwashed, unworn, and has original tags attached

  • Footwear is unworn and returned in the original box, which must be in perfect condition

  • The original receipt is provided, or the purchase can be located in our system if you have an account with us

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange based on the condition of the merchandise.

Consigned merchandise is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.


Online Orders

Online orders eligible for return or exchange must be initiated within the appropriate timelines.

  • Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

U.S. & International Shipping

We are not responsible for duties, taxes, cross-border fees, or courier charges. These fees are assessed by customs or the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

Refused or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused at delivery or returned to sender for any reason (including refusal to pay customs or import fees):

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and additional charges

  • These fees will be deducted from any eligible store credit or invoiced separately if they exceed the order total

  • Refused shipments are not considered cancelled orders
